Class Representatives Board
1.Restructuring of the Board
The Class Representative Board is the largest board in the Student Association, consisting of more than 80 members including class representatives from S1-S6., as well as working members of three different departments.
Unfortunately, it was often reported that some of the members did not fulfil the duty or responsibility as a member of the board, thus, the number of CRB working members will be reduced accordingly. Instead of assigning the daily task widely among the board, the task will be assigned to certain members (mainly Form 4 members) to nurture the future leaders of the Student Association.
Concerning the problem of inactive members, it is regrettable, yet necessary, to propose that there will be no form 2 working members in the following year as there is no actual task or work for them to fulfil. Instead, there will be a pre-membership scheme so as to let the junior students be familiar with the job of the board before they really take part as members.

2.Comprehensive welfare scheme
The Class Representative Board puts the welfare of students as their first priority. Therefore, we will co-operate with the FSU & JSWU to provide different welfare plans to Lasallians, including discounts in more than a hundred of shops all around Hong Kong.
Besides, Lasallians could also enjoy a price discount when they purchase a Ocean Park ticket in the front gate of the Park with our student vouchers.
3.Improvement of ordering system
In the past, products were ordered through traditional methods (i.e. paper). This led to a decrease in efficiency and led to mistakes in ordering products, which may require an additional amount to refill the missing items or products.
This year, the board is going to make good use of the Google Drive on the process of ordering. Students could pick the items or products they want as shown in the Google Form, and the Board will send the corresponding amount to Class Representative and the students by email or Whatsapp and the Class Representatives will then collect amount from their classmates.
The system will cooperate with Finance Committee so as to maximise the efficiency of the ordering.
4.Revitalization of Class Representative
Under the existing system, the Class Representative has much less workload when comparing to the working members of the board. Thus, there will be workshop held oftenly so as to allow form 3 or above class representative to have more chance to take part in SA activities. They could freely bring along their classmates. Lasallian Spirit and inheritance will be the theme of the workshops, activities such as cheering practice or related games may be included.
Besides, as there will be no form 2 working members in the Class Representatives Board, a cheering team will be established instead under the supervision of the board and the President which caters for form1 and form2 students. Eligible students could apply for the cheering team during the SA application period. Form 1 and Form 2 Class Representatives would automatically become the team members.Students will be arranged to different interschool competition for cheering purpose. There will be awarding scheme as well as appreciation letter for those outstanding members who perform well throughout year, which will be useful for future application to the student association.
It is believed that the above mentioned scheme will strengthen their understanding towards the Student Association which helps nurture the future leaders of the school.
